Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: 2026-09-09
In short. Altoris Enterprises Inc does not sell personal information. We have never received, and will never receive, money or anything else of value in exchange for it.
We are not sharing it today either. No analytics or advertising tag is loaded on any page of this website. If we ever add measurement, under the CCPA/CPRA loading it would count as sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising — so you have the right to opt out of it, including in advance, and this page is where you exercise that right.
1. What this page covers
This page applies to altorismarketing.com and to the Orandi web app at altorismarketing.com/orandi. Orandi is a product of Altoris Enterprises Inc. It is the opt-out mechanism referred to in section 8 of our Privacy Policy, and it exists for residents of California and of every other US state with an equivalent right — Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and the rest.
2. We do not sell personal information
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose personal information for money or for other valuable consideration, to anyone, and we have no plans to. Nothing about your account, your purchases, your progress in the app or anything you write in the journal is ever offered to a data broker, an advertiser or a list.
We also do not sell or share personal information of anyone we know to be under 16 — our products are sold to adults, and you must be 18 or older to hold an account.
3. What would count as “sharing”, and what we actually do today
Two US-state privacy laws use words in a way that surprises people, so here is the plain version — together with the status of each tool today, which is the same for both of them: not installed.
| Tool | What it does | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 (planned) | Would tell us how many people visited a page and which pages they read | Not installed. Nothing of the kind is loaded on this site today. If we add it: only after you accept analytics cookies, and never while your browser sends GPC |
| Meta Pixel (planned) | Would measure whether an advertisement led to a visit or a purchase, using the order amount and currency | Not installed. Nothing of the kind is loaded on this site today. If we add it: only after you accept analytics cookies, and never while your browser sends GPC |
Because those tools sit on someone else's servers and can be used to build advertising audiences, loading either of them would be “sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising” as the CCPA/CPRA defines it — even though no money would change hands and even though we would never send them your name, your email address, your phone number, your card details, your journal or your progress in the app. That is why the opt-out below exists before the tools do: your choice is recorded now and applied the day anything is added.
4. Global Privacy Control — the automatic opt-out
5. How to opt out
Any one of these is enough. You do not need an account, and we will never give you a worse product, a worse price or a slower answer for asking.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (section 4). It applies immediately and keeps applying on every visit.
- Use the button above — it needs JavaScript, so if you do not see it, use step 1 or step 3 instead, which work without it. Or choose “Essential cookies only” in the cookie notice, or change a previous choice with the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page on this website. If you have never accepted analytics cookies, nothing was ever loaded — and nothing is loaded today in any case.
- Email us. Write to support@altorismarketing.com with “opt out” in the subject line. Tell us the email address you use with us, if you have one. We record the opt-out and answer within 30 days, at no cost.
The button and the cookie notice record your choice in this browser only — that is what a browser-level opt-out is, and it is why the choice survives on this device but not on another one. If you use a second browser or a second device, set it there too, or email us and we will record the opt-out against your account. The email request is handled by a person, not by an automation.
6. Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent to submit a request for you. We will ask the agent for proof that you gave them permission, and we will verify the request through the email address on your account. If you do not have an account with us, we will ask the agent for enough information to match the request to a record we actually hold — and if we hold nothing about you, we will tell you that instead of guessing.
7. Your other rights, and the right to appeal
The same email address handles every other privacy request: a copy of your data, correction, deletion, portability, and withdrawal of any consent. Section 8 of the Privacy Policy lists them in full, and section 9 explains how to delete your account.
Appeal. If we decline a request, reply to our answer and say you are appealing. A different person reviews it, and we respond in writing.
